New Tuition Schedule (begins Feb. 2010)
Students 5 - 54 $70 per month
Students 55 & over $65 per month
Two or more students per family $65 per month per student
Tuition must be paid on the last class in the current month
Registration Contract/Admissions
Students and parents of minor students interested in receiving piano lessons are offered a free, 15 minute assessment to determine their interest level, attention span, and music aptitude. Students are accepted on a “first come, first served” basis and must commit financially to a minimum of 5 months (2 quarters) of piano instruction. A completed registration form and first month or first quarter payment locks the schedule, securing the day and time for your weekly scheduled lesson.

Contract Renewal
Please remember to renew your contract (signature only) at the end of each 5 month contract period.
Lesson Plan
Lessons are for 30 minutes each week. Students are instructed in:
Piano
•Reading & counting
•Theory & Technique
•Playing (hand on exercises)
•Ear training
•Singing & Voice
•Music related “fun and games” (for younger students)
•Composing
•Hymns and Negro Spirituals
Tuition
The cost is $70 per month. or quarterly at $210. Tuition is due before the first day of instruction. If you have financial difficulties, please contact the office in advance and make payment arrangements. Failure to do so may result in loss of class day and scheduled time.

Want Music? offers the following promotions:
•Discounts the fee for the initial contract period for families with 2 or more students receiving private lessons
•Awards 2 free lessons to a student, should someone they refer sign on for private lessons
Missed Lessons
Want Music? instructors reserve weekly time slots for each registered student. There are no make-ups or refunds for missed lessons that are caused by the student, parent or guardian. If lessons are missed due to inclement weather or due to instructor's circumstances, they will be made up at a time convenient to the student and the instructor.
Change of Instructor
There may be times when an instructor or lesson day/time will require a change. We will make a sincere effort to provide an agreeable change for both student/parent and instructor.
Recitals
All students are expected to perform in the annual Spring recital as a part of their enrollment at Want Music?.
